The 12.5″ LED-backlit anti-glare display features an HD 1366 x 768 native resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio, 200 cd/m2 brightness, and a 300:1 contrast ratio. The integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500 delivers a sharp, clear picture and you’ll also be able to output video to an external display using the built-in Mini DisplayPort and VGA ports. For connecting to the Internet, a Gigabit Ethernet port and 802.11ac Wi-Fi are included. Connecting external peripherals such as storage or optical drives may be accomplished using the two USB 3.0 ports. One of the USB 3.0 ports is also powered for always-on device charging. Additional compatible peripherals may be paired using Bluetooth 4.0 technology.

Audio

Whether you are listening to music, watching a movie, or playing a game, the dual integrated 1.5W stereo speakers with Dolby sound use the Realtek ALC3232 HD audio codec and offer high-quality sound. VGA Port

The ThinkPad X250 supports an external analog monitor via the VGA port at a max resolution of 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz and an external digital monitor at a max resolution of 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz using the Mini DisplayPort. Up to three independent displays are supported. Many customers still require a VGA port for projector connections in conference rooms, and native VGA means no dongles for them to buy/lose/replace.
